This episode was such fun to record. I first met Amy and Jeff in 2018 when Basma and had a stall at the allergy free from show at Olympia, London. DGF was only a few months old and we decided very last minute to attend. As we were both low carb companies we discovered each-other's low carb nutrition filled foods - our cakes and their mayo. I’ve been a fan ever since and highly recommend. In this podcast we discussed their story, what paleo is, the way they have grown their community and what their plans are for the future. We had a great time recording this and I hope that comes across as you listen to this podcast.
